Dr. Erica Anderson, DVM

After graduating from Kent City High School, Dr. Anderson completed her undergrad at Olivet College (where she has been inducted into the hall of fame for her softball career) and ended her college career at Michigan State University of Veterinary Medicine as a graduate of 2012. Dr. Anderson started her career as a veterinarian in Sault Ste. Marie before joining us at Sparta Animal Clinic in 2018.

Here at SAC Dr. Anderson has quickly learned that her favorite part of her job is meeting people that love animals as much as she does and playing an important part ensuring a happy, health life of their fur-babies. She also really enjoys the broad variety of cases she sees in general practice.

Dr. Anderson's favorite things outside of work include: anything MSU basketball or football related (GO GREEN!) and spending time with her large extended family (who are in the Guinness Book of World Records for highest combined age!). At home, she is accompanied by her two cats - Marble and Momma Kitty - both of which were inherited by her 98yr old grandparents, her French Bulldog "Loki", Springer "Honey" and her two girls - Fallynn and Logann.
